Carob

Carob comes from the Arabic Kharoub, native to the Mediterranean, was a staple in  Ancient Egypt and used in hieroglyph for “sweet”. Carob pods are cold brewed to create this naturally sweet and refreshing drink. It is believed that carob is revered for its medicinal properties. To capture its uniqueness we adhere to traditions by crafting small batches at a time and always by hand. 

Like all our tisanes, we don’t use any colours, preservatives or extracts.
