RETURN POLICY

If your shipment is lost, damaged, or short upon delivery, report it to us immediately. We will evaluate your request, and refund or resend the missing or damaged product.

Our team will respond to your request outlining why or why not your request will be granted. If granted, you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect a refund within 3 business days, and replacement within 5 business days after we grant your request. If you receive a package that has been opened do not accept it.

Because our products are perishable goods, we will not accept “change of mind” returns. We will only accept a refund request if there is evidence our team was negligent in fulfilling your order.

Your refund request must be sent within 48 hours of receiving your order.
