WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Nuba ships to most locations across all Canadian Provinces. 

Note: If we are unable to ship to your postal code, you will be notified within 2 business days of placing your order and a refund will be issued.

Nuba does reserve the right to deny shipment to specific locations. You will be contacted if this is the case. 

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you live in a house and you are not home for your delivery, your package will be left on your front step. If you live in an apartment, our courier must be let into your building to drop off your package. Our couriers cannot leave packages outside of apartment buildings.

It is important that you refrigerate all canned products once it arrives to remain fresh (tetra packs can stay out of the fridge). Please ensure that you will be able to receive your order the day it arrives. You will receive a text notification at the number provided when your product is dropped off.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery times can vary depending on ordering location and shipping option selected.

SAME-DAY GTA delivery: To get your items by 10 p.m. the same day, order in the morning, typically before noon. Missed the noon cut off? No sweat, your cold brew will be delivered the next day.

 

CANADA-WIDE delivery: Deliveries will arrive within 5 business days of order confirmation.

IS THERE LOCAL PICKUP AVAILABLE?

Yes! If you would like to pick up your order from our brewery just send a select pick up at check out and we will confirm your desired pick up date & time. Please note that pick up is only available Monday through Friday 10:00am-4pm.
